Cook from frozen - 200°cRemove Lid & place frozen Loaf on Baking sheetSnuggle your Loaf between other veggies in ovenAfter 40 mins check & cover with tin foil to stop burningCook for 10 more minsRemove loaf from oven & rest for 5 mins before inverting onto a clean serving plate sauce side up: ENJOY
