Little Ginger BBQ Box Ingredients and Cooking Instructions

 

  • Bangin' Bean Burger

Ingredients: Black Bean, White & Red Onion, Sweetcorn. Carrot, Mixed Pepper, Gluten Free Oats, Garlic, Green Chilli, Cumin, Cayenne, Paprika, Dried Chipotle & Jalapeno Chilli, Yeast Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Olive oil.

Cooking Instructions: Homemade Little Ginger Burgers need to be cooked using 1 of the following methods first before finishing off on the BBQ:  from frozen (Burgers hold together better if cooked before defrosted) Fry: gently in a little oil, turning regularly. Oven: heat to 200C cook on tray for 15 Mins.  Next transfer your patties onto a strip of lightly oiled tinfoil and place onto the shelf of your BBQ (make sure the coals are white hot) and top with your Cheez - place the lid over BBQ to melt the Cheez and finish the cooking off. Once your Burgers are piping hot (approx 5 mins) Slap between bun of your choice with toppings galore: LG BBQ sauce, tomato, gherkin. onion, avocado, lettuce - GO CRAZY and ENJOY!

  • Corn on the cob + Zingy Basting Sauce

Ingredients: Corn on the Cob + Lime, Coriander, Garlic, Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions: Place the Corn on a grill shelf once the coals are white hot and not flaming and baste the corn regularly with the sauce, turning often to get an even cook

  • Marinated veg & tofu kebabs

Ingredients: Firm Tofu SOYBEAN, Mushroom, Pepper, Red Onion, Courgette, TAMARI SOYA SAUCE (Gluten Free), Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, chilli flakes, maple syrup, salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions: At the same time as cooking your Corn, lay the skewers near the outside of the BBQ grill shelf - take care they do not catch - they need regular careful turning to get an even cook. Done when the veg and tofu have lovely brown grill marks

  • Marinated Field Mushroom

Ingredients: Field or Portobello Mushroom,TAMARI SOYA SAUCE (Gluten Free), Olive Oil, Garlic, Pepper

Cooking Instructions:At the same time as cooking your Corn and Kebabs, Place your Mushrooms towards the centre of the BBQ grill shelf and check them regularly in case they need moving to prevent burning. Done when the Mushrooms have lovely brown grill marks

Little Ginger slammin slaw

Ingredients: Mix of seasonal veg - cabbage, fennel, beetroot, carrot, apple (subject to availability), pomegranate, olive oil, white wine vinegar, POPPY SEED, salt and pepper

Keep in the fridge and use within a week once open (if it lasts that long!)

  • Little Ginger BBQ sauce

Ingredients: Olive oil, Onion, Garlic, Chilli, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, Chipotle, Siracha, Smoked Paprika, MUSTARD powder, Salt, Vegan Butter

Keep in the fridge and use within a week once open (if it lasts that long!)

  • Little Ginger salad dressing

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Japanese Rice Vinegar, Mango Chutney (contains MUSTARD SEED),TAMARI SOYA SAUCE (Gluten Free), Cayenne Pepper, Maple Syrup, Fresh Ginger, Garlic

Keep in the fridge and use within a week once open (if it lasts that long!)
